ABSTRACT
Beyond the specific factors described above there are likely to be a number of other sectoral-specific factors which may impinge on pricing decisions in HEIs. These factors are particularly relevant to public sector organisations or organisations which receive large amounts of public funding. Some examples of these factors are discussed below.
