During teacher training and the NQT year there are many personal and professional development opportunities available. Some are formal events arranged by ITT providers, schools, LEAs, etc., while others are informal and may require the teacher to be proactive in seeking out and creating opportunities. The most important thing is to make the most of these opportunities and to remain positive throughout your career. Objectives
