ABSTRACT
The audit can lead to a useful INSET day for everyone. It can be useful to add a further question or two to encourage lateral and creative thinking. Audit forms tend otherwise to encourage convergent/tick-box attitudes. The questions might be: 1) suggest a learning activity that benefits the community that your department could undertake; or 2) submit a couple of lesson plans around good new ideas.
