ABSTRACT
This chapter assesses the extent to which LOGSE promises to transform provision for vocational education and training, and should be read in conjunction with Chapter 19 (Gil Padilla) which deals with the same subject but from a more critical perspective. Diego Justicia sketches the historical context, summarizes the major changes introduced by LOGSE and offers a tentative evaluation.
