ABSTRACT
This chapter continues to develop the theme of preventative work to reduce bullying behaviour, but from a slightly different perspective. The three interventions described here empower pupils themselves to take action against bullying behaviour. Once the pupils have been taught the appropriate skills, they are entrusted by staff to act appropriately. Adults provide initial training, support and supervision.
