the Sheffield Project: methodology and findings

As discussed in Chapter One, the large-scale survey of bullying in twentyfour Sheffield schools, carried out in late 1990, provided an opportunity for supporting intervention in these schools and evaluating the results, including a planned repeat of the survey in late 1992. The DFE provided the main funding for this work. This chapter describes the methods and results from this project.
