ABSTRACT
The principles behind various economics analysis models are discussed in Chapter 2 and the data needed for a cost-benefit analysis in Chapter 3. This chapter discusses one assessment model, the Productivity Assessment Tool. A basic version of the program (productAbilityBasic) which uses the Productivity Assessment Tool is enclosed with this book as a CD. It will allow you to follow the calculations used in the case studies in Chapter 5 and to make analyses from your own workplace.
