ABSTRACT
Through problem-based learning I was able to identify SINIs with the clients I looked after. Group process taught me to get along with and participate in the health-care team. Self-directed learning allowed me to research during clinical if the need arose. And, communication was important for the client, in developing a rapport, and in the health-care team to obtain, share and use information.
