ABSTRACT
We should like to suggest to college tutors the following penance: imagine yourself cooking the breakfast and finding that the milk is boiling over, that the toast is burning, that the telephone is ringing, that there is a knock at the door, and that several members of your family are simultaneously asking you questions. This may give you some idea of the problems confronting dyslexic students when they have to write an essay or carry out an assignment. Basically, there are too many things which have to be attended to all at the same time!
