ABSTRACT
Special education is an important part of compulsory education. These temporary provisions are in accordance with the Compulsory Education Law of the People’s Republic of China, several important opinions about carrying out the Compulsory Education Law disseminated by the General Office of the State Council and the document about trial methods of developing learning support for children with special needs in regular classes issued by the Basic Education Bureau of the State Education Commission.
