Raising Self Esteem

In this chapter we will consider how recognition and affirmation can affect motivation and self-esteem, using the TA concepts of strokes, life positions and script. The decisions we make, based on our early experience, and our consequent behaviour are all designed to ensure that we get strokes from the other people in our world.
