ABSTRACT
Global Global refers to activities or resources that are lived or managed on a worldwide basis. Global does not mean planetary, in the sense that it does not mean everyone on the planet is involved with each global resource or activity. Cyberspace is global: it does not exist within any national boundary and information within it is available world-wide. Cyberspace is not planetary: only a small part of the planet’s population uses cyberspace.
