ABSTRACT

Early years provision has never experienced such a high profile as it is currently enjoying, and as a result senior staff within those settings are under considerable pressure to manage children, staff, budgets, resources and parents with maximum efficiency. Fortunately, many senior staff are successful in doing all their tasks well without the benefit of appropriate training. Needless to say, we believe that this book contains much that will be of value to managers at all levels and phases within education and social services.
