ABSTRACT
In the preceding two chapters we frequently used the terms consumption and consumer as well as some others such as consumption item, consumption process, and consumption activity. None of these terms are strangers to the readers, they are terms of everyday usage. But sometimes, such terms are the most difficult to understand and define.
