ABSTRACT

Ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN) describes a spectrum of disease involving the cornea and/or conjunctiva ranging from dysplasia, carcinoma in situ to invasive squamous cell carcinoma. OSSN is an uncommon disease with an incidence of 2/100000 in Brisbane, Australia. It occurs most commonly in older Caucasian males around 60 years old, but has been reported in children as young as 4 years old.
