Learning while teaching and with teachers

This chapter aims to explore the ways in which you learn how to teach whilst working alongside experienced teachers. An earlier chapter explored the ways in which the observation of more experienced staff can influence your learning. In this chapter we will look more directly at the ways in which working with your mentor and other teachers in the school can impact on your development as a teacher.
