ABSTRACT
Although the process and purpose of evaluation may appear obvious, it often isn’t considered appropriately by many teachers. These teachers may have taught the same way for years and student pass rates may have been relatively consistent each year. However, as students get older and more mature, they are able to take more control over their own learning. Therefore, the question may be ‘Are they learning because of the teacher or despite the teacher?’.
