ABSTRACT
Chapters 2 and 3 have looked at general learning principles and ways of assessing attainments. Although these can help teachers to match what they teach, each child is an individual, with a unique combination of abilities and characteristic styles. These differences are important since they can give us an idea about how we should adapt learning experiences for each child’s particular needs.
