ABSTRACT
This chapter explores the various factors that ensure the strategy of a voluntary nonprofit organization, once it has been agreed, will actually be implemented effectively. In particular the chapter will explore the issues of organizational resources, physical, financial and human; operational planning; performance management; and structure.
