ABSTRACT
This book is intended as a practical self study guide, and as a support for teaching courses, in risk analysis of process plant. The techniques described here are for the most part fairly standard, but some advances in techniques, developed by the author and his colleagues, have been included. All the methods and approaches described here are tried and tested, having been applied in many risk analyses of process plant, offshore platforms, pipelines, and hazardous goods transportation.
