ABSTRACT
In a manufacturing industry such as one making formed building products, materials are processed by an established and organized force of operatives and supervisory and management staff, using the manufacturer’s own plant. Plant is usually taken to include buildings. The employees, the plant and the working capital are sometimes referred to as the manufacturer’s resources as they remain under the control of the organization.
