ABSTRACT
I found here an insane situation. The organization was ruled on a clan basis. You were close to the Directeur Général or you were not. People were motivated by what individual benefit they could obtain by this. People were not motivated by the desire to leave a mark, but only by the immediate return on their commitment to the Directeur Général. I am trying my best to be a guiding force in motivating people by the desire to succeed.
