Work is continuing at the British Standards Institution on the revision of existing Standards and Codes and the production of new Euro Standards and Codes. It is therefore essential that anyone wishing to incorporate into a contract requirements for compliance with British Standards should ensure that they are still valid and have not been replaced by a Euro Standard.
