DEVELOPING THE CRISIS MANAGEMENT PLAN

This chapter addresses developing and documenting the Crisis Management Plan (CMP). As seen earlier in the book, the CMP consists of two groups of executives: (1) the Executive Management Team (see Chapter 5) and (2) the Crisis Management Team (see Chapter 6).
