ABSTRACT
Open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension Latanoprost is indicated as first-line treatment in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. In addition, latanoprost effectively reduces IOP when administered as adjunctive therapy in patients who have not achieved optimal IOP control with their current glaucoma treatment regimen. Selected latanoprost efficacy studies are summarized in Table 7.1.
