ABSTRACT
Introduction Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a team function and cannot be done on an individual basis. The makeup of the FMEA team is cross-functional and multi-disciplined for each study. The knowledge that is required for a specific problem is often unique to that problem and may require personnel from other specialized departments as well.
