ABSTRACT
Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) involves an older age group than the closely related CD30+ lymphoproliferative disorder lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP). The median age of the 79 patients with ALCL in the Dutch group was 60 years at diagnosis1 as compared to a median age of 45.5 years for the 118 LyP patients in that cohort.
