Introduction
This memorandum will record the formal agreement between the Acme Corporation and the Ajax Company with regard to interconnection between the Zeus System, operated by the Acme Corporation, and the Athena System, owned by the Ajax Company, to include the development, management, operation, and security of the connection. This agreement is designed to govern the relationship between these two named entities and their personnel in the absence of common management authority.
