ABSTRACT
The following sample interconnection security agreement is based on guidance contained in NIST SP 800-47.
The requirements for interconnection between the Acme Corporation and the Ajax Company are for the express purpose of exchanging data between the Zeus System, owned by the Acme Corporation, and the Athena System, owned by the Ajax Company. The Ajax Company requires the use of the Acme Corporation’s personnel training database and the Acme Corporation requires the use of the Ajax Company’s training data repository. The expected benefit is to expedite the processing of employee training data within prescribed timelines.
