ABSTRACT
As a training consultant, I have worked with a wide variety of teams in small and large businesses, universities and schools. I have also worked with teams in the NHS and in other social care and health settings including charities and voluntary organisations. More recently, I have experienced health and social care teams at work from a user perspective both as a client and as my parents and in-laws become more regular users of both institutional and home care.
