ABSTRACT

Rejuvenation of the upper third of the face by means of a traditional coronal forehead lift invariably results in a long scalp scar, scalp dysesthesia, and alopecia. In addition, over-elevation of the medial eyebrows can leave patients with an undesirable surprised appearance. With the development of endoscopy, rejuvenation of the upper third of the face can be achieved while avoiding many of these undesirable side-effects of coronal forehead lift.1
