ABSTRACT

Acceptance testing is a user-run test that demonstrates the application’s ability to meet the original business objectives and system requirements and usually consists of a subset of system tests (see Exhibit 19.1). It includes discussions on how to prepare for the acceptance test, design and script the acceptance tests, execute the acceptance tests, and report anomalies discovered during the test.
