Part 24 Defect Monitoring and Management Process

A defect is a product anomaly. Any variation found in the product that does not comply with business requirements or business is considered a defect. No product can be produced with 100 percent perfection and the product becomes completely acceptable to the business with the continuous improvements over a period of time. Each product has its own life cycle.
