ABSTRACT
The Conference declares that the question of introducing into the Treaty establishing the European Community Titles relating to the spheres referred to in Article 3(u) of that Treaty will be examined, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 48(2) of the Treaty on European Union, on the basis of a report which the Commission will submit to the Council by 1996 at the latest.
