ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter, we discussed various threats and counter-measures. In particular, we discussed noninformation-related attacks, such as bombings and explosions; information-related attacks, such as cyber-terrorism; biological, chemical, and nuclear attacks, such as the spread of smallpox; and critical infrastructure attacks, such as attacks on electric power and gas lines. Counter-terrorism measures include ways of protecting against these forms of terrorism.
