ABSTRACT
Ulnar nerve paralyses result from nerve lesions of diverse causes occurring at different levels of the nerve.
The deformity considered characteristic of ulnar nerve palsy is the claw hand. In fact, this deformity is not always present and uinar nerve paralyses are responsible for many other functional disabilities.
