ABSTRACT
The Supply-Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR) can also play an important role in achieving structure in project management and moving toward higher levels of maturity in managing projects. Members of the Supply-Chain Council (SCC) maintain the SCOR model. (The SCC uses the hyphenated form of “supply chain” in its name.) In this chapter, we describe the model and how practitioners might apply it in supply chain projects.
