ABSTRACT
Having developed draft criteria to identify individuals at high risk of developing a psychotic disorder in the near future, that is ‘putatively prodromal’, further steps need to be taken in order to provide them with effective treatment. These are:
• Establishing the clinical infrastructure. • Detecting the target group and promoting service access. • Engaging the young people with the service. • Developing and delivering interventions. • Discharge planning.
