The first part of this book discussed the public health importance of traditional medicines and their potential role in malaria control programs; the second presented multidisciplinary literature reviews on some of the best known plant-based antimalarials. Now we turn to reviews of sociological, anthropological, and ethnomedical research on the worldwide use of traditional medicines for malaria.
