ABSTRACT

Sensitivity training has been a subject of practice, experimentation, and research by the UCLA Human Relations Research Group for a number of years. Seminars and workshops in sensitivity training for top executives, managers, and members of the professions are being conducted on a continuing basis. Industry, government, the military, and community organizations have participated in sensitivity training and in numerous similar training activities. In addition, sensitivity training is part of the School of Business Administration curriculum through a course entitled “Leadership Principles and Practice,” which currently is offered both on campus and in university extension.
