ABSTRACT
An enterprise may be viewed as an instrument for the transformation of the services of persons and things into a completed product. Of the personal services contributed to an enterprise, some are managerial in character; others, nonmanagerial. Those who contribute managerial services will be called managers, while those who contribute nonmanagerial services (although usually called workers or laborers) will be called nonmanagers.
