ABSTRACT
The behaviour of people is but a poor reflection of their underlying motivation. Every man has an idea, however vague, of what he is or wants to be and a conception, however distorted, of the world in which he lives and works. He sets out to be himself in the world as he sees it. Often people appear to act like sheep but their reasons for acting in a particular way and their aims are different, if only in detail.
