Given your thoughts on the triggering of electro-sensitivity via electric shocks, what do you understand the Government’s announcement to issue tasers to police forces as a means of passive resistance instead of plastic bullets. These give a high voltage shock and knocks people unconscious. Based on what you say this sounds entirely the wrong thing to do.
