ABSTRACT

The Revised PPG8 Circular arises from the Government’s responses since the Publication of the Stewart Report of the Independent Expert Group (IEGMP) On 11^th May 2000, and was issued on 23^rd August 2001 – some 15 months later and nearly 10 months after the close on the formal DETR Consultation which closed on 31^st October 2000.
