Bonkia. "3. The house of Bonkia, together with a piece of land included
within a radius of one quarter of a mile, shall be and is hereby excepted out of the territory no\v ceded; but no persons shall be disturbed in the occupation of their houses and lands within this radius as long as the terms of this Treaty are faithfully observed and performed.
