ABSTRACT
The Reform movement recently marked the twentieth anniversary of Outreach, a programmatic thrust well rooted in our tradition, which affirms that Judaism is not an exclusive club for born Jews, that we do not cloak ourselves in an exclusive chosenness, but declare ourselves open to all who would choose us.
