ABSTRACT
Each voter has two votes. To exercise them, the voter must be over 18 and must have resided in a constituency district for at least three months prior to the election. The elector can then vote without further formality in that district. If unable to do so, he/she can apply for a voting card which enables the vote to be cast either in any other district of that constituency or by post.
