ABSTRACT
It is at this stage, after a thorough analysis of all the issues related to the future development of a site, that the site planning team begins to make decisions about the site’s future development. If the sequence of work described in Parts One, Two and Three has been completed, all the information required for the assessment of the site potential and drawing up the site plan should be available to the site planning team.
