ABSTRACT
Infertility is a global issue and has become a major healthcare concern. The evaluation of the infertile couple, usually starts at our office. Taking 10-15 percent of the reproductive age group of the population to be infertile, India with more than a billion population at the present time, has an extremely high number of infertile couples. The number of infertility clinics for ART has increased ten-fold, if not more, in the last decade. Contemporary therapy in the treatment of infertility is progressing faster than any other field of medicine.
