ABSTRACT
In t roduct ion This chapter attempts to make mental health inquiries more widely known and accessible. While details for obtaining the most recent reports are included here, the disappearance of health authorities has made the task of locating and tracking down inquiries more demanding. However, in many cases, inquiries which were not published by central government can be found in the libraries of the relevant Strategic Health Authorities or hospital trust. Staff there will usually be prepared to provide a copy.
